consultation

We offer an extensive range of consulting services about all questions concerning your property or your real estate portfolio.

The greatest potential for creating a sustainable development is when the basic concept and the goal of a project is being formulated, before the actual start of any planning.
Especially in cases that deal with existing stock or inner-city properties, it is increasingly important to get advice in the earliest phases of planning or purchasing processes, to do a potential analysis and draft an appropriate usage programme.

We can make available to you our extensive experience in realizing different complex building projects, our access to the latest research findings and our network of experienced development partners and specialized legal advisors.

Our consultancy is offered independently of a specific product, firm or office. When you hire us for consultancy services, you are not bound to hire us as project architects too. For your commission, or a preparatory competition process, we will gladly put together a list of appropriate offices. We can put you into direct contact with decision-makers in important offices through our national and international network.

To conduct the potential analysis of the existing situation and buildings, we have developed our own tools for analysis and strategy development. We will work out a comparative cost-benefit analysis of different planning and usage scenarios or advise you on possible types of procedures.
