In our proposal for Munich Central Station, the precise and calm formal language instantly makes the station building a part of the city. The dynamism taking place within the station is visible behind the façade, yet contained within the homogeneous overall shape. The new entrance building assimilates the movement of the arriving trains as well as the passengers. The ground floor passage is accessible from all directions and from the main hall one has a direct view into the new urban railway station situated below.
